Where are your products made?

All Stof Studios pieces are designed, laser cut and made by hand in my home studio in Sydney, Australia. Each item is made in small batches with care and intention. Because of this, slight variations can occur, which makes each piece uniquely yours.

What materials do you use?

We use a mix of high-quality materials chosen for durability, comfort, and aesthetics. This is predominately acrylic and surgical stainless steel (which is hypoallergenic), with some pieces made from wood or other materials. More details can be found on individual product pages. If you have allergies or material concerns, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Can you make clip on earrings? 

Absolutely - please send us an email, or add a note during check out so we can customise your earrings as clip ons. 

Do you offer custom orders?

Do we ever! We've got a few items that can be personalised, like our Name Drop earrings or Motel keyrings, or we can make something truly and uniquely for you. This includes handbags with intricate designs (or even your star sign), and group gifts for work events or wedding celebrations. Take a look at our Customisation page for more detail. 

How long will my order take to ship?

All of our items are made to order, and we aim to have your items shipped within 7 days of receiving your order. We use Australia Post for domestic packages, and couriers for international postage. 

Custom items do take longer, and you'll be kept updated on the timeline for these. Of course please let us know if you have an urgent order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, just add this in the notes during check out.
